Job Description ・エンタープライズサービスをご契約いただいたお客様（主に製薬会社様）のコンシェルジュ的な役割として、日々のオペレーションの第一コンタクト先としてお客様との契約内容を速やかにかつ誠実な対応で実行します。 具体的には、お客様の使用している化学分析機器（アジレント社製または他の会社の機器）の点検・修理サービス等の要請や問い合わせに対応し、お客様・アジレントおよびベンダー様とのエンジニア訪問の日程調整および関連業務を実施いただきます。 参考
